Tutorial
youSleep in action
See the youSleep Portal in action. This 2 minutes video shows a small-scale, but complete analysis workflow where:
Two small samples of recordings are uploaded to a project
The U-Sleep[1] algorithm is used to detect sleep stages
Group-wise sleep statistics are computed and compared
A report is generated and downloaded
Disclaimer: The youSleep BETA Platform is not a medical device and cannot be used for clinical sleep analysis.
Research
Curated algorithms

Community-driven
Share or be involved
youSleep Portal allows collaborative research by sharing projects with peers directly or in research papers.Algorithm developers are also invited to host their own research-only or commercially available, validated algorithms on the platform.
About
Who are we?
The youSleep team consists of sleep medicine- and AI algorithm researchers from the Danish Center for Sleep Medicine, Capital Region of Denmark, and the Department of Computer Science, University of Copenhagen. The youSleep project is funded by Innovation Fund Denmark & BETA.HEALTH in continuation of the research project U-Sleep funded by the Independent Research Fund Denmark. The youSleep team popularised the use of U-Net-like models for time-series segmentation problems, such as sleep staging, with the U-Time neural network architecture, which later formed the backbone of the widely adopted U-Sleep model for resilient, high-frequency sleep staging, which has been used at https://sleep.ai.ku.dk to score (for research, non-clinical purposes only) more than 165.000 sleep studies to date.
